Hostel Facilities – Bwales
Bwales Maritime & Defence Academy provides well-structured hostel facilities for cadets coming from different parts of the country. The academy campus is fully residential, offering a disciplined, safe, and peaceful environment that supports focused learning and physical training.
Cadets are accommodated in spacious, well-ventilated, and comfortable rooms designed to ensure proper rest and effective study. Each hostel house is supervised by a dedicated warden who maintains discipline, safety, and a positive learning atmosphere for all cadets.
Mess facilities are available within the hostel premises, providing nutritious and hygienic meals prepared to meet the physical and training needs of cadets. Hostel and mess facilities are currently available only for Boys Cadets of NDA Batch – I and II. All resident cadets are required to dine in the hostel mess.

Bwales Maritime & Defence Academy has a well-maintained cadet mess located within the campus, ensuring convenience and discipline for all resident cadets. The mess provides a well-balanced, palatable, and nourishing vegetarian diet, carefully planned to support the physical training and academic needs of cadets.
The daily menu includes a variety of nutritious and tasty dishes, ensuring both health and satisfaction. Special meals are prepared and served on festivals and important occasions to enhance morale and create a sense of celebration within the campus.
All meals are purely vegetarian and prepared under hygienic conditions. A wholesome weekly menu is planned by the Messing Committee, which comprises the Warden and Cadets’ Representatives, ensuring quality, nutrition, and cadet preferences are taken into consideration.
